Hospital Train No. 54, Horreville, France, April 26, 1918. The men are seen entering the cars, well supllied with stretchers which will come quickly into use as soon as the train has reached the neighborhood of field hospitals.

This is a view of the interior of the Hospital Train No. 54, after its arrival at its destination. The picture shows wounded men being brought aboard and placed in the bunks for their journey to a base hospital.
