PRESSING THE AUSTRIAN RETREAT
American patrols, close to the retreating Austrians, resting at Codroipo, Italy, shortly after driving out the enemy. After the last Austrian drive at the Piave River, June, 1918, the Allies steadily drove the Austrians back.
