- Commodore (Commie Dora) Owens b. 16 AUg 1882 in Texas. He d. 9 Feb. 1942. He and first wife, Mattie Etta Reed,
lived in Eastland County from about 1903 to ca. 1918.
- They had five daughters: Ruth Azeal, Verlie Mae, ALma Lorain, Trudie Faye, & a baby that died
in abt. 1917.
- Linda would like information on the infant as well. She believes her name was Rose, but she has been unable to
find any information on her. She believes that she was born in 1917.
