 W. R. Crockett Dies Wednesday
Funeral arrangements for William R. Crockett, 79, who died at his home, 813 South Tenth Street, at 7 p.m. Wednesday are pending the arrival of a son who was on a vacation trip.  Wilkirson and Hatch Funeral Home is in charge.
Mr. Crockett was born in Limestone County and lived in Mart until 1926, when he retired from farming and moved to Waco.  He was a member of the Woodmen of the World more than 47 years and belonged to Lodge 731 at the time of his death.
Surviving are four sons, J. Cader Crockett of Dallas, W. Curtis Crockett, Marvin L. Crockett and Welton W. Crockett, all of Waco; two brothers T. A. Crockett and S.A. Crockett, both of Waco; two sisters, Mrs. Alma O'Neal and Mrs. Delma O'Neal, both of Dallas; five grandchildren and one great-granddaughter.
