Funeral services for Mrs. W.H. Osborn, 56, who died at her home in Eddy Saturday at 6 a.m. were held from Eddy Methodist church at 3 p.m. Sunday, Rev. E.R. Patterson officiating, assisted by Rev. V.E. Temple, interment in Eddy cemetery, Wilkirson-Hatch in charge. Mrs. Osborn had been a resident of Eddy for the past 28 years and had taught in the Eddy schools for 20 years.
Funeral services for Mrs. Callie Hill, 81, who died at the home of a daughter, Mrs. C.M. Cox of Lorena, at 12:20 p.m. Friday, were held from the Cox residence Sunday at 4 p.m., Dr. Arthur Stout officiating, burial in Robinson cemetery, Compton in charge. Mrs. Hill had been a resident of McLennan County for the past 68 years.
Funeral services for Mrs. Belle Hopkins, 55, who died at the home of her son, W.E. Hopkins in Houston at 9:30 p.m. Sunday, were held in Madisonville Monday at 4 p.m. Surviving are two sons, O.N. Hopkins of Waco, W.E. Hopkins of Houston; a daughter, Mrs. L. Gordon Dexter of Harwood; two brothers, W.V. Jones of Madisonville and Walter Jones of Lubbock; a sister, Mrs. J.W. Lindsey of Madisonville. Mrs. Hopkins had been a resident of Waco for the past 11 years.
