 MRS. BERT ASKREN
Mrs. Bert Askren, 36, died at 10:30 p.m. Wednesday at her home, 1000 North Sixteenth street. She is survived by her husband. Services will be held at Wilkirson-Hatch chapel Thursday afternoon at 5 p.m. with Rev. Charles M. Crow officiating. The body will be shipped at 7:45 p.m. to Palestine, Ill. for burial.

 JOE E. REEVES
The old South First street cemetery where his parents and his grandparents before him are buried, is to serve as the last resting place for Joe E. Reeves, 61, who died Wednesday at 8:45 p.m. at his residence, 828 Pecan street. Puckett-Deford is in charge of arrangements, and services are to be from the Full Gospel Tabernacle, Fourteen and Morrow streets, Thursday at 5 p.m., with Rev. A. C. Lane officiating.
