SEC. 1. Be it enacted by the Governor and Legislative Assembly of the Territory of Utah: That all that district of country in Weber County, embraced in the following boundaries, to wit: Beginning at the mouth of Burch Creek Canyon, thence running due west to a point due south of the confluence of Weber and Ogden Rivers, thence due north, passing through the junction of Weber and Ogden Rivers to the street running east between ranges 5 and 6, North survey, east to the base of the mountain, thence in a southerly direction along
