The school was built in 1892 and named after Job Pingree.  The school was closed and torn down in 1970.

The school was originally the UPRR Hospital.  The new Lewis School was completed in 1958.

The school was built in 1904-05.  It is now home to a health spa.  It is one of the two oldest remaining school buildings in Ogden.
