There is a photo of a historical marker that is just outside the cemetery, the photo of the headstone shaped like a cross is my Frederick Starnes family. His second wife Caroline is my Carlock family. There is a Carlock Creek, was a Carlock Church and a " Old Carlock Cemetery " all there in Smyth Co, VA.
