Jackson Colin Sherman, 17, of Christiansburg, Va., went to be with the Lord, May 27, 2006. He was preceded in death by two great grandmothers, Pearlie Mae Huff and Senora Caldwell Keith; and his grandmother, Ann Smith Sherman. Jackson is survived by his father and mother, Alan B. and Shannon Huff Sherman; brother, Cord Sherman; grandparents, J.E. (Ed) Sherman, Albert D. (Ab) and Mary C. Huff; uncles and aunt, Randall and Mary Sherman, Michael Sherman; cousins, Brooks, Allison, and Katherine; special friends, Kelly Robertson and Brother Russ Freeman. The family will receive friends from 4 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, May 30, 2006 at Horne Funeral Service. A funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday, May 31, 2006 at St. Paul United Methodist Church, Christiansburg with the Rev. Chuck McHose officiating. Interment to follow in Sunset Cemetery. In Lieu of flowers the family would like for donations to be sent to Good Samaritan Hospice, 3825 Electric Road, Roanoke, Va., 24018 or the Humane Society of Montgomery County, P.O.
