14. John Shelor was born on 24 OCT 1791 in Montgomery Ct.(Floyd Ct.), VA. He died on 27 SEP 1877 in Tobax, Patrick Ct., Va.

He was married to Nancy Howell (daughter of Daniel Howell and Suzanna) on 16 FEB 1818 in Montgomery Ct., VA. Nancy Howell was born on 26 OCT 1794. She died on 11 MAY 1873 in Patrick Co, VA. John Shelor and Nancy Howell had the following children:
