Spokane Queries:

A QUERY is a question.  Spokane County GenWeb, and USGenWeb QUERIES are handled by an automatic QUERY engine.  You are likely to improve your chances of an answer if you use the following guidelines.

  1. Keep your QUERY to a question about one person or topic.
  2. Make your QUERY specific.  You are more likely to get a response to a QUERY for specific question than a QUERY that says you want "any information".
  3. Follow the CAPITALIZATION guidelines so the national searches will turn up a match on your QUERY.
  4. Use the EMAIL addresses for "chatty" dialogue rather than the POSTING to the database.  Chat will be removed by the ADMIN.
  5. Please post any other documents to the appropriate category or the non-query boards listed below.

Posting Spokane County Information:

You CAN Help!

POST Spokane County Info Here & SEE What Others Have Posted!

These are called "Non-Querry" Boards.

  1. These boards are for posting information only. Information you would like to share with others you have found researching your family.
  2. Do NOT post questions here. Questions should be posted to the Query Board.
  3. You CAN post a response to information posted, if you are adding or correcting information.
  4. If you have a question concerning something posted on a non-query board, respond directly to the person who posted the information, or visit the query board for that county or surname to place your query.
  5. If you have research or information you would like to share, but none of the boards below are appropriate, please contact the Spokane County GenWeb Coordinators.

Queries posted to any of the non-query boards will be deleted without notice.
