MEYER'S LUMBER CO.

Starting in business in 1953 with a mere three carloads of lumber, today this buisness unloads 150 box cars of dried lumber a year. Lumber comes from the western states and Canada. The business, owned by Art Meyer, is located on five acres of land on the village limits, that is filled with lumber sheds and storage buildings. In addition to lumber they sell a complete line of building materials including paints, nails, shingles, flooring and siding.
