Miss Nancy Burt, formerly a resident of this city (Neillsville, Clark County) died at the home of her niece Mrs. R.O. Smith in Luden, S.D. Sunday, Dec. 18, 1904. She was a sister of Willis Burt and Mrs. R. Schofield. Her death was very sudden, as she was found dead in her bed in the morning. The body was brought back here for burial, arriving last Thursday, interment taking place in Neillsville Cemetery. Mrs. R. Schofield, of Greenwood, her son, Dr. Hugh Schofield, and Carl Chandler, a nephew of deceased were here to attend the burial.
