Lange, Bertha (2 Augl 1883 - 4 Sep 1908)

Mrs. Bertha Lange, wife of August Lange of Pine Valley, Clark County, died at their home Sept. 4, 1908. Deceased, whose maiden name was Bertha Wagner, was born in Germany Aug. 2, 1883, and came to America with her parents when four years of age. She was married to August Lange in 1903 and he and one daughter, two years old, survive her. She leaves also her mother Mrs. Hannah Wagner, three brothers and one sister to mourn her death.

The funeral was held Sunday, Rev. H.A. Risser, pastor of the Congregational Church, officiating. Her death is indeed a sad one, as she was much needed in her home and loved by all.
