The 11th Frame Restaurant, Bar and Bowling establishment on Central Avenue in
Owen is now under new ownership. The well-known Owen business officially changed
hands on Wednesday, December 6, 1977, from Vi and John Jalling to Barbara and
Jim Hansen.
The new owners, Mr. and Mrs. James E. Hansen are well known to many Withee and
Owen area residents, as they both are originally from this area. They recently
moved to Owen from Eau Claire into the home recently owned by the Arthur
Steager’s on Third Street.
