I say, Penny, why didn't you do a little bragging about this so we might have known it sooner? With apologies for the delay. The times take pleasure in publishing this little story of praise for the inimitable Coach "Penny" Barkley. It was written by the Milwaukee Journal State Sport Round-up columnist, Cleon Walfoort, and appeared May 10, six weeks after the winning of the state Class C championship by Barkley's team.
