Larson, Herbert (26 March 1900 - 19 Nov. 1925)

Herbert Larson died Nov. 19, 1925, at the home of his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Arne Larson, aged 25 years, 7 months and 23 days. He was taken sick last March with flu and never fully recovered, tuberculosis apparently settling in, and although every effort was made for his relief, he gradually grew weaker until he died.

Herbert was born in the town of Levis, Clark County, March 26, 1900. Later his parents moved to Neillsville and this has been his home ever since, except at short intervals when he was away at work. He attended Neillsville schools, reaching the third year in high school. Herbert was a young man of good principles and was well liked by all who knew him. His early death is a serious loss to this community.

He is survived by his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Arne Larson, four brothers and one sister: Louis of St. Paul; Alex of Neillsville, Mrs. J. L. Parker of Owen, Colonel of St. Paul and Norman of Milwaukee.

The funeral was held at the home Sunday, Rev. G. W. Longenecker officiating.
