Fred,

I heard from the Neillsville City Hall, keeper of the Neillsville Cemetery Records today. This is what she said:

Emil is buried in grave 3, and was buried in 1928.

Frances Touska (Mrs. Alphonse) is buried in grave 4, and was buried 2/26/1972.

Also in this lot: Anna & Carl Haberland in graves 1 & 2

This doesn't seem to match with your Emil. So, I don't know quite what to think of this.
