Delbert Allen Hammond was born at Richland Center, Wis., August 1, 1909 and passed away at St. Agnes hospital at Fond du Lac, March 22, 1930 at the age of 20 years, 7 months and 22 days.

His early life was spent near Richland Center, his parents moving to Clark County in 1921, where he lived until three years ago, since which time he has spent near Fond du Lac.

He leaves to mourn, his father and mother, Mr. and Mrs. Chas. Hammond of Granton, two sisters, Mrs. R. Knott of Neillsville and Ruth at home; six brothers, Albert of Madison; George, Clarence, Lewis, John and Fred at home. Three brothers preceded him in death.

Funeral services were held from Lowe’s Funeral Home, Wednesday at 2 p.m., and from Francy Creek Presbyterian Church near Richland Center, Thursday at 2 p.m. Interment was in the church cemetery.
