Buddinger, Minnie Ernestine (5 June 1870 - 1931)

Minnie Ernestine Kaufman, daughter of Christian and Augusta Kaufman was born June 5, 1870 in Altenburg, Province of Thuringer, and came to America with her parents at the age of 12 years.

She married at the age of 16 to Edward Crossett, and three children were born to this union, Oliver, who preceded her in death; Ernest of Marshfield; and Frances, now Mrs. H. P. Young of LaCrosse, Wis.

On January 13, 1909, she was married to Charles Buddinger, and to this union three children were born, Carie, Bernice and Beatrice, all of who reside at home.

Besides her husband and children she leaves to mourn three grandchildren, Edwin and Reuben Crossett of Marshfield and Patricia Ann Young of LaCrosse; two sisters, Mrs. Aug. Worchel of Globe and Mrs. Willard Hall of Cornell, Wis.; one brother, Frank Kaufman of Neillsville, and a host of friends.

The services were held on Thursday afternoon at two o’clock, at the Lowe Funeral Home, the Rev. Paul B. White officiating.

Burial took place in the Neillsville cemetery.
