Wolff, Mary (23 Nov. 1854 - *11 July 1931)*See note at the bottom.

Mrs. Mary Wolff, wife of Frederick Wolff, died at her home, 1922 North Eighth St. at 2:15 a.m., **July 11st, following a lingering illness.

She was born in town of Rhine on November 23, 1854, and was united in marriage with Frederick Wolff in 1878. The couple located in Sheboygan for two years. Later they moved to Neillsville, Wisconsin, returning to Sheboygan in 1919.

Mrs. Wolff, was a member of the Chapter of the Eastern Star at Neillsville and of the Royal Neighbors there. Two years ago Mr. and Mrs. Wolff celebrated their golden wedding anniversary.

Beside her husband she is survived by three sons, and one daughter: Ire Wolff; this city; Edward Wolff, Lindsay; Montana; Dell of Evansville, Indiana and Mrs. C. Doerr of Maywood, Illinois. There are also thirteen grandchildren; one brother, William Fischer of Town Rhine and two sisters, Mrs. Kate Jung, Rhine Center and Mrs. H. Zimmerman of town Rhine.

The entire family has assembled together at the Wolff home during the past week.

The pall bearers were Frederick and Wallace Wolff, Norman and Carl Doerr, Norman and Edgar Fischer, grandchildren and nephews of Mrs. Wolff.

Mrs. Wolff was loved by all who knew her and possessed a sunny disposition. She was very considerate of others and was always willing to lend a helping hand. That she had a large circle of friends was indicated by the beautiful floral tributes and the many persons who attended the service. She lead a true Christian life in deed, thought and action.

Funeral services were held at 2p.m. Friday at the Robert H. Kroos Funeral Home, Rev. E. R. Krueger of St. John’s Evangelical church officiated and interment was made in Wildwood cemetery. Sheboygan Exchange.

I am not related to this family line. Just providing information I have found, because the date in the obituary had me puzzled.
