Hauser, Maggie (20 MAY 1919)

On Tuesday morning at nine o’clock May 20th at the Catholic church at Neillsville Miss Maggie Hauser was united in marriage to Mr. Joseph Walters. They were attended by Miss Gertie Hauser and Miss Anna Hoeser as bridesmaids and Messrs. Allis Schmidt and Pete Essar as groomsmen.

The bride was attired in a beautiful dress of light blue messaline and carried a bouquet of roses and ferns. After the ceremony they repaired to the home of the bride where a fine wedding dinner was served, a large number of relatives and friends being present.

The bride is a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John Hauser of Christie and is a popular young lady. The groom, son of Mr. and Mrs. George Walters Sr. of Hein is a prosperous young farmer. Mr. and Mrs. Walters will go to housekeeping at once on the groom’s farm at Hein. Their many friends join with the Tribune in extending best wishes for a life of happiness and prosperity.
