GREENWOOD -Margery L. Colby, 88, of Stevens Point,  formerly of Greenwood, died Friday, Nov. 19, 2004, at Portage County Health Care Center in Stevens Point.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Monday at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Greenwood.

Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until service time Monday at the church.

Cuddy Funeral Home of Greenwood is assisting the family with arrangements.

STEVENS POINT - Margery Louise Colby, 88, of Stevens Point, formerly of Greenwood, died Friday, Nov. 19, 2004, at Portage County Health Care Center, Stevens Point.

Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Monday at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Greenwood. Burial will follow in the parish cemetery.

Visitation will be from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. Monday at the church.

She was born in Clark County on June 8, 1916, to Wilbur and Frances (Hoffmann) Erwin. She attended school in the Loyal area and graduated from Loyal High School in 1934. She married Raymond "Jack" Colby in October 1935, and they later divorced. She attended beauty school in Eau Claire and operated Marge's Beauty Shop in Greenwood from 1944 until 1990. She was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church and St. Ann's Society.

She is survived by two daughters, Janice Zimmer of Greenwood and Joan Gilles of Stevens Point; six grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
