Prust, Minnie (10 JAN 1860 - 19 NOV 1944)

Chili, Clark County, Wis. - Mrs. Minnie Prust, 84, who had been in poor health for several years due to old age complications, died at 11 o'clock Sunday morning at her home in Chili.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday afternoon at 1:45 o'clock at the home and at 2 o'clock at the Chili Evangelical Church. The Rev. S. A. Gutknecht will be in charge of the rites and burial will be made in Yolo Cemetery.

Mrs. Prust, nee Grant, was born in East Wrightstown, Brown Co., Wis., Jan. 10, 1860, and was married Nov. 24, 1878 to Henry Prust, who died 37 years ago. The Prusts came to Clark County 61 years ago. Mr. Prust farming for a time, and later working as a storekeeper.

Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Anton Schuster, Chili, and Mrs. Grace Cattanach, Eau Claire; a brother, Elmer Grant, Green Bay; an adopted sister, Mrs. Fred Griffith, West Plains, Colo.; six grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. Two sons died in infancy.

Mrs. Prust was active in church affairs.
