Luntsford, Joseph (14 Apr 1900 - 23 Dec 1972)

Granton, Clark County, Wis. - Services for Joseph Luntsford, 72, of route 1, Granton, who died Saturday at Memorial Hospital in Neillsville, were held at 1:30 p.m., Thursday at the Gilbertson Funeral Home in Granton with the Rev. Melvin Nickel, Neillsville, officiating. Burial was made in the Lynn Cemetery.

Mr. Luntsford was born April 14, 1900, in Harlon, Kansas. He was married Dec. 7, 1941, at Colby, Kansas, to Anna Belle Riley. They lived in Colorado until 1969 when they moved to the Granton area.

Survivors include his wife; four daughters: Mrs. Cora Selack, Denver, Colo.; Mrs. Milo Lammey, El Monte, Calif.; Mrs. Frank Henderson, Draen, Ore., and Mrs. Homer Lammey, Stratford; a son, Estel Morford, Mills, Wyo.; 13 grandchildren, six great-grandchildren; a brother, Alfred, in Oklahoma; and a sister, Mrs. Mary Winkelmann, Holdrege, Neb.
