Thull, Theresa W. (JUN 1915)
"A romance that had its inception when the bride was a pupil in the Milwaukee Normal School, was brought to a happy culmination this morning when Miss Theresa W. Thull, youngest daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Peter Thull, was united in marriage to Dr. Henry Gutschenritter of Dorchester, Clark County, Wis. The marriage was solemnized with High Mass in St. Anthony's Church at 8:30, the Rev. Emil Seiter officiating.
"The bride was radiant in her bridal robe of white crepe de chein, wearing a long veil of tulle made in cap effect. She carried a shower bouquet of brides' roses. She was attended by Miss Louise Gutschenritter of West Bend, a sister of the bridegroom, who wore a pretty gown of light green silk, with flowers in her hair. George Thull, brother of the bride was best man.
"Following the ceremony at the church, the bridal party returned to the parental home of the bride at 1609 Sherman St., where the wedding breakfast was served to the family members only. The decorations of the rooms were in pink and white, the same combination prevailing in the menu also. The Misses Mayme and Celia Duffrin assisted in the serving.
"The bride and groom departed this afternoon upon the southbound passenger, amid showers of rice. The bride wore a coat suit of shepherd plaid with panama hat for traveling. She threw her bouquet after she boarded the train, and it was caught by her sister, Miss Margaret Thull.
"The bride was graduated from the Marinette High School with the class of 1912, and completed her school course at the Milwaukee Normal. While attending a social function during her normal career, she met the husband of her choice. The groom is a graduate of the Chicago Veterinary College, and has established himself in practice of his profession in Dorchester."
