Hartford, Gladys (5 FEB 1916)

Last Saturday, Feb. 5, 1916, at Norfolk, Neb occurred the marriage of Miss Gladys Hartford to Alfred Marquardt.

The wedding ceremony was performed at the Baptist Church at 5:45 a.m., Rev. Harris officiating. Immediately after the wedding the young couple left on a wedding trip to Sioux City, Iowa, Minneapolis and from there came to Dorchester, Clark County, Wis.

Mr. Marquardt is well known in our community, having lived here for several years. He is employed by Swift & Co. as traveling salesman.

After a short visit here they intend to return to Norfolk where the young couple intends to make their home.

The Herald joins with their many friends in wishing them a happy wedded life.
