What an interesting article--Grandpa Joe continues to be a force in my life--the article stirs memories--one May day as we were celebrating Joe's 80th something Birthday, he took some of my cousins and me for a drive around Gordon Lake and said we could tell our grandchildren about the ride--I want to think it was his 85th? I also remember reading his obituary (6 weeks short of 100 years old) while I was in labor with my second child! That was April 15th 1976!
