Luzinski, Anton Walter "Tony" (12 June 1923 - 8 Jan. 2005)

LUBLIN -Anton Walter "Tony" Luzinski, 81, of Lublin died Saturday, Jan. 8, 2005, at Oakbrook Health and Rehabilitation in Thorp.

Services will be at 10 a.m. Thursday, Jan. 13 at the Thorp Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery in rural Withee.

Visitation will be from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. Wednesday and from 9 a.m. until service time Thursday, both at the funeral home.

He was born June 12, 1923, in the town of Roosevelt, rural Lublin, to Frank and Theresa (Grajek) Luzinski. He married Marcella "June" Anderson on Nov. 22, 1950, and she died Dec. 4, 1991. The couple farmed in the town of Roosevelt.

He is survived by his children, Larry (Toni) Luzinski, Thorp, Jane (Frank) Kodl, Lublin, Raymond (Diane) Luzinski, Thorp, Jim Luzinski, Lublin, and Rhonda (Larry) Venzke, Athens; 18 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren; and three sisters, Lottie Szemraj, Frances Wojciechowski and Sophie (Walter) Lew, all of Thorp.
