Lueck, Elsie B. (13 NOV 1891 - 3 AUG 1971)

Neillsville, Clark County, Wis. - Funeral services for Mrs. Elsie B. Lueck, 79, of 321 Oak St., Neillsville, who died Tuesday at Memorial Hospital, will be held at 2 p.m. Friday at St. Jon's Lutheran Church at Christie with the Rev. Robert Bitter officiating. Burial will take place in the Neillsville Cemetery.

Visitations may be made at the Georgas Funeral Home until 12:30 p.m. Friday when the body will be taken to the church.

The former Elsie Wieting was born Nov. 13, 1891, in the town of Pine Valley, Clark County, and was educated there. She was married to Erick Lueck on Nov. 19, 1913, in the town of Pine Valley. They operated a farm in the town of York, Clark County for 38 years. Her husband died Sept. 4, 1949, and she moved to Neillsville in 1951.

Mrs. Lueck was a member of St. John's Lutheran Church and a charter member of its Ladies Aid Society.

She is survived by three daughters, Mrs. Alfred (Lucille) Boon, Greenwood; Mrs. Vernard (Bernita) Swieso, Denver, Colo., and Mrs. Wallace (Norma) Erickson, Neillsville; a son, Wilmer, route 1, Greenwood; a sister, Mrs. Ida Carl, Greenwood; a brother, Tony Wieting, Neillsville, 18 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild.
