A pretty wedding was solemnized I St. Hedwig’s Catholic Church by Father Kulig when Miss Elizabeth Cesafsky, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John Cesafsky, became the bride of Mr. Louis Van Ert.
The bride was gowned in a long white satin frock. Her veil was a long train of tulle, bordered with a wide band of Brussels lace. The cap was of Brussels lace dotted with rhinestones and pearls.
The maid of honor, Miss Matilda Cesafsky, sister of the bride, wore a gown of blue net and carried a bouquet of pink roses and white carnations. The bridesmaids were Miss Frances Cesafsky, Miss Josephine Overman and Miss Florence Moths. They wore long frocks of yellow orchid and pea green and carried bouquets of pink roses and white carnations. The groom was attended by Messrs. Donald Dailey, Joe Cesafsky and Arthur Hertziger.
A reception was given at the bride’s home. Those from out of town who attended the wedding were Mr. and Mrs. M. L. Goswitz and daughters Mildred and Joan, Misses Rose and Sophie Singer of St. Paul, Mr. and Mrs. John D. Meger of Belle Plaine, Minn., Mr. Ben Merger and Miss Florence Meger of Henderson, Minn., Mr. John Meger, Sr. of Le Suerer Center, Minn., Mr. and Mrs. Frank Cesafsky and children of Cicero, Ill., Miss Florence Moths of Random Lake, Wis., Mr. Donald Dailey of Port Washington, and Mr. Arthur Hertziger of Mequon, Wis.
