Fulmer, David

David Fulmer married Julia A. Herbert and lived in Canada for seven years. In 1858 he came to Iron Ridge, Dodge Co., Wis., and in the fall of 1863 to Loyal, Clark County, Wis. by oxen.

He began with 160 acres and worked in Neillsville for awhile. He was interested in lumber as well as the land. He too had many talents of an early settler. The family name has remained in name only when someone speaks of the Fulmer place. They had ten children.
