Anderson, Lottie M. (7 Dec 1904 - 29 Mar 2003)

Lottie M. Anderson, 98, Neillsville, died on Saturday, March 29, 2003, at the Memorial Nursing Home, Neillsville. Visitation will be for one hour prior to a memorial service at 10:30 a.m., on Thursday, April 3, at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, Neillsville. Inurnment will be at the Windfall Cemetery, Granton.

Lottie Marie Helwig was born on Dec. 7, 1904, in Sullivan, to Charles and Louise (nee Abel) Helwig. She graduated from high school at Lake Mills. She married Victor Anderson in 1924 and was later divorced. She was a member of St. Mary’s Catholic Church. Her interests included fishing, playing cards and golf.

Survivors include one son, Gerald; five grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and six great-great-grandchildren.

Preceding her in death were one son, Donald Anderson, and his wife, Joy; and brothers and sisters, Clarence, Lucy, William, Leona, Lawrence, Hazel and Isabelle.

The Gesche Funeral Home, Neillsville, is assisting the family with arrangements.
