100 YEARS AGO...

M&M Alex Andrews had a daughter on June 14th.

Richard Fults returned from LaCrosse where he attends business college.

Nick Baldeschwiler’s horse was killed by lightening.

Dr. W.J. Frank has opened an office in the Forest Queen House.

A log barn on B.J.Brown’s farm collapsed.

M&M Chas. Carlson had a son June 18th.

Frank Plecity Sr. lost a portion of a couple fingers caused by a saw.

75 YEARS AGO...

M&M Ed Decker had a baby girl on June 12th.

Mrs. Joe Jarocki died June 12th.

Joe Czernicki moved onto his new farm.

Dr. F.P. Neis is building a two car garage.

Miss Augusta Kuntz went to Milwaukee where she will be working.

Jos. T. Tobola received another car load of Star automobiles to sell.

Paul Glowacki is tearing down the old Geo. H. Luck residence were he will build a modern bungalow with a full basement in its place.

M&M Peter Jarocki have moved here from Detroit and will be living in Withee.

50 YEARS AGO...

Miss Patricia Mary Creighton and Joseph Anthony Gaffney were wed May 26th.

Miss Dorothy Lorraine Fillo and David Soll Jr. were wed May 24th in Joliet, IL.

On June 9th, Leon Teclaw and Pearl Barbara Straszkowski were wed.

On June 2nd, Marian Jane Lewandowski and Frank Joseph Sopiarz were wed.

Theresa Staszcuk and Raymond Slipek were wed May 29th.

25 YEARS AGO...

Lillian Symbal and Galen Klisiewicz repeated their wedding vows on May 8th.

Lucianne Mae Beckman and Richard Lawrence Boardman were wed on May 29th.

John Samplawski, age 87, died June 8th at his son Roy’s home.

Mrs. Henry (Grace) Mason, age 64, died June 10th.

Services were held June 15th for John J. Nisula, age 90 of Greenwood.

Mary Mendalski, age 81, died June 2nd in Stanley.

10 YEARS AGO...

Anthony Kotecki, age 64, died June 17th in Marshfield.

Debra Woodworth and Gary Nowobielski had a daughter on June 17th.

Carl Elmstedt, age 79, died June 17th.
