Domine, Shelby Jean (2 July 1983)

Shelby Jean Domine of Route 1, Loyal and Todd Anthony Schoonover of Loyal became husband and wife during a wedding ceremony on July 2, at St. Anthony's Catholic Church, Loyal.

The Rev. Chester Osowski officiated at the ceremony for the children of Mr. and Mrs. Ronald Domine of Route 1, Loyal, and Mr. and Mrs. Allen Schoonever of Loyal. Mrs. Jodi Dahlby was organist, while Mrs. Diane Anderegg, Miss Judy Zettler and Mrs. Patti Nickel were vocalists.

The bride was given in marriage by her father. She wore a white silk organza gown over taffeta, bishop sleeves. silk cummerbund and ruffled flounced hem. Her headpiece was a ring of rose buds, stephanotis and baby's breath and she had a fingertip veil.

Miss Dawn Domine of Loyal was maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Denise Viki Schoonover of Loyal.

They wore orchid gowns with caped bodice and A-line skirts. They carried nosegays, White spider pom pons, lavender button chrysanthemums, purple statice and baby's breath. Their hairpieces matched the nosegays.

Terry Schoonover on Minneapolis was best man. Groomsmen were Mike Domine, Randy Domine, Kevin Domine and Tony Schoonover of Loyal. Ushers were Brian Domine of Loyal and Dean Suda of Marshfield.

A reception, dinner and dance were at the Loyal American Legion Hall. The bride is a 1982 graduate of Loyal High School and is attending Mid-State Technical Institute-Marshfield. Her husband is a 1982 graduate of Loyal High School and is employed at Auto Electric, Wisconsin Rapids.

Following a wedding trip to Wisconsin Dells, they will reside in Wisconsin Rapids.
