Inman, Henry (? - 28 Jul 1875)
Casually we learn that Henry Inman, an adopted son of Samuel Green, was killed by a falling tree last Wednesday morning, while chopping for George Prentiss. At the time of the accident he was sitting on a log, whetting his ax. The falling limb was observed by another person by whom he was apprised of his danger. He made an attempt to arise from the log on which he was sitting, the limb striking him on the back just as he bent forward for that purpose, breaking his spine, and killing him almost instantly. Mr. Inman, we are told, was a young man of good habits, and the sad and sudden manner of his death causes universal regret with those who knew him.
