Clark, Thomas (1818? - 16 JUN 1897)
Thomas Clark Sr. died yesterday at the home of his daughter, Mr. M. Denney, in the town of Thorp, Clark County, Wis., aged seventy-eight years. He had been a sufferer for several years with asthma and this coupled with extreme old age served to bring the end. His remains will be taken to Mauston, Wis. today, accompanied by relatives and buried beside his wife who died twenty-five years ago. Among the immediate relatives residing here are his children, Mrs. M. Denney, Mrs. John Smart, and Hugh, George and James Clark.
