Meyer, Louis (6 SEP 1868 - 15 NOV 1897)

Louis Meyer, son of Henry Meyer of the town of Worden, Clark County, Wis., died on Monday evening of this week of consumption. Lois had resided with his parents in that town, with the exception of two seasons, since there removal here from Chicago in 1885, and was highly esteemed by all his friends and acquaintances. He was born in Chicago on Sept. 6, 1868. He leaves a devoted father, his mother having preceded him into the beyond on March 19, 1897. The funeral occurs today, the interment taking place in the cemetery owned by the Germania Association, where his remains will be deposited beside his mothers, Henry Schultz conducting the last rites. The aged father has the sympathy of all in his great affliction.
