Schwan, Marie (Marriage - 4 JUN 1907)

A pretty home wedding was solemnized at the home of the bride's parents, Mr. and Mrs. E. Schwan, of the town of Loyal, Clark County, Wis., on last Tuesday. The contracting parties were Miss Marie Schwan and Mr. Harry Voss. Rev. Wm. Lange was officiating cleryman, who tied the nuptial know pronouncing the ceremony which united the lives of two estimable young people.

Promptly at five o'clock in the afternoon to the music of the wedding march, the young people took their places beneath a very pretty arch of white and green, where the minister gave an impressive yet simple and exceedingly pretty ceremony made them husband and wife. The bride was becomingly attired in white silk and the groom wore the conventional black. The bride was attended by Miss Elsie Kadolph and Miss Hattie Schilling and the groom by Mr. L. H. Schwan and Mrs. Max Voss.

The bride is well known in this vicinity as she has grown up in our midst, honored by old and young alike. The groom is very popular among his many acquaintances in this vicinity.

The happy young couple will make their home on the farm of E. Schwan in the town of Loyal.

It is a pleasure to chronicle the marriage of such worthy young people and this paper wafts to them its warmest congratulations.
