Baker, Irene M. (28 JUN 1907 - 11 MAR 1909)

Died, the little daughter of James Baker, who had been left in charge of Mrs. Joseph Mack, died on Saturday morning, just as the shadows of night were enfolding the day.

The funeral services were held at the M. E. Church on Monday afternoon at two o'clock and the small body laid to rest in the cemetery by hands that had tried to make the young life happy.

Thanks for the info. Could this James Baker be the husband of Gertrude Downer and if so why wasn't she listed? In the 1891 History of Clark & Jackson Co., it says that Gertrude Downer married James Baker and had one child named Donald.

Thanks again, Marji
