Haselow, Frederika (2 Feb 1846 - 21 OCT 1920)
Frederika Haselow, wife of the late Karl Haselow Sr., was born Feb. 2, 1846 in Golm, Mecklenburg Strelitz, Germany and died Thursday Oct. 21, 1920.
In the year 1872 she married Karl Haselow and came to America. They resided at Mayville, Wis. for about twelve years. In 1884 they moved to a farm in the town of Sherman, Clark County, Wis., where she lived until her death. She was the mother of eight children, two sons preceded her in death and her husband in 1913.
She leaves to mourn her loss, six children, Wm., Gust, Robert, Edward and Ida of this vicinity and Karl of Spencer, also one brother and two sisters.
She had been in poor health for some time and death was due to heart failure.
The funeral services were held at the Lutheran Church Sunday morning, Rev. E. Kemena officiating. Interment was in the Union Cemetery.
