Jonah Lee Johnson Obituary

We are sad to announce that on February 26, 2022, at the age of 5, Jonah Lee Johnson of Neillsville, Wisconsin, born in Marshfield, Wisconsin passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his great-grandparents, Earl Waltemate, Billy Dougherty, Wesley and Donna Buttke; and his great-aunts, Rochelle Waltemate and Vickie Peterson.

He is survived by : his parents, Juston Johnson and Brittany Johnson (Waltemate) of Neillsville, WI; his brothers, Job of Neillsville, WI and Jordan Johnson of Neillsville, WI; his grandparents, Roger, Renee Waltemate of Neillsville, WI and Maryann Dougherty; his great-grandparent Joan Waltemate of Neillsville, WI; and his aunts and uncles, Zachary Waltemate (Desi) of Neillsville, WI, Jacob Waltemate (Ashley Magnuson) of Neillsville, WI, Ryan Waltemate (LeAnna) of Lindsey, WI, Jerome Johnson, Elizabeth Dougherty (Harry) of Merrillan, WI and Dawn Johnson of Merrillan, WI. He is also survived by several great aunts and great uncles.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, March 2nd 2022 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Thursday, March 3rd 2022 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Gesche Funeral Home & Cremation Service (4 S Grand Ave, Neillsville, WI 54456). A funeral service was held on Thursday, March 3rd 2022 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Thursday, March 3rd 2022 at 12:00 PM at the Grant Cemetery (W3579 Ridge Rd, Granton, WI 54436).
