Stigen, Nina (1913? - 30 JUN 1921)

Nina Stigen, the eight-year-old daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Hans Stigen, of the town of Longwood, Clark County, Wis., passed away at the Sacred Heart Hospital at Eau Claire, on Thursday of last week, death being caused by tuberculosis of the spine. The little girl had been in ill health for some time, and was taken to the hospital at Eau Claire, where she underwent an operation, after which she seemed to regain normal health. Last week she was again taken suddenly ill and was taken to the hospital for further treatment, but after being there only one day, passed away. Funeral services were held on Saturday and burial made in the Riverside Cemetery, with Rev. George Crow of the Methodist Church of Withee, officiating.
