Carlson, Lenora (Marriage - 2 Apr 1924)

Mr. Emil Hansen, son of Mr. and Mrs. Jens Hansen, residing northwest of the village (Withee, Clark County, Wis.), and Miss Lenora Carlson, daughter of Mr. Fred Carlson, a resident of the town of Hixon, Clark County, were united in marriage Wednesday afternoon at the Danish Lutheran Church at three o'clock, the ceremony being attended by relatives of the contracting parties, and a few friends. Following the ceremony a reception was held at the home of the bride.

Mr. Hansen for the past two years was manager of the Withee Cooperative Store, and during his time there has made for himself many friends. He is an energetic young man, of fine appearance, and good habits and will make for his helpmate a good husband.

Miss Carlson is a young lady of man fine qualities, and is well and favorably known in the community, having attended the Withee schools and has been an active worker in the young peoples society of the Danish Church.

Their many friends here join in wishing them a happy wedded life.
