Circuit court Notes: April 26, in Malner vs Jensen, jury found for plaintiff, and gave him judgment for $300, personal damages for assault and battery.

April 26, in State vs Harry Francomb, the jury found defendant guilty of bastardy and the judge ordered that the bastardy and the judge ordered that the defendant pay costs and one dollar per week for support.

April 26, Gilbert Sturgeon vs John S. Owen Lumber Co., dismissed for want of prosecution. Costs on plaintiff.

April 26, in Geo. Ruder Brewing Co., vs J. Kennedy, dismissed.

May 1, Judge D. H. Johnson, of the second judicial district presiding, in Lemont Wren vs Sereno Wren, the jury found for plaintiff and gave judgment for $64.60.

In Geo. Regg vs H. M. Rott and E. D. Webster, sureties on bond of A. B. Adams, the jury found for plaintiff under direction of the court. Judgment for $1090.

Geo. L. Lloyd vs W. H. Mead, the jury found for defendant, no cause of action.
