A Marshfield resident, Byrl Edwin Lawrence, 59, of 616 N. Ash Ave., died at St. Joseph's Hospital at 7:40 a.m. today (Friday). He had been hospitalized since July 14 following an apparent heart attack. Services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Monday at Wesley United Methodist Church with the Rev. Arvid E. Morey, pastor, in the York Center cemetery, Clark County. Visitations May be made at the Hansen Chapel from 2 p.m. to 9 p.m. Sunday and at the church from 9:30 a.m. Monday until service time. Mr. Lawrence wa born June 25, 1915, in York Center, where he was educated, and was married to the former Dorothy Vanderhoof on Jan. 23, 1937, at Neillsville. He was a member of Wesley United Methodist Church and the United Commercial Travelers, of which he was a past officer. Survivors include his wife; four sons, Raymond and Rocky, both of route 4, Marshfield, and Alden and Aryln, both of Marshfield; two sisters, Mrs. Leland (Vera) Buddenhagen, Neillsville, and Mrs. Walter (Villa) Richardson, Madison; and five grandchildren. Preceding him in death were his parents, Mr. & Mrs. Horace Lawrence, and a brother.
