Caroline Kaltenbach

Caroline L. Kaltenbach, 79, Milwaukee, died Thursday, June 26, 2003, at the home of her daughter in Wagon Mound, New Mexico. Funeral services were held July 2, at 11 a.m., at Alstadt/Tyborsik Funeral Home, Milwaukee. Burial was in the Arlington Park Cemetery, Milwaukee. The Rev. Anderson officiated. Pallbearers were Daniel Luebke, Jason Stasinopoulos, Joshua Stasinopoulos, Jacob Stasinopoulos, Jonah Stasinopoulos, Dennis Bubenik, Bobby Castellano, and Steve Blockel.

Caroline Sophie Lillie Schultz was born Dec. 22, 1923, to Joseph and Lorinda (nee Scheer) Schultz. She retired from Cutler Hammer / Eaton and Square D, and was active in union activities.

Survivors include Ed Swiatowski, Milwaukee, four children, Greg (Kathy) Stasinopoulos, Cedarburg, Christine "Tina" (Ronald) Luebke, Wagon Mound, New Mexico, Nancy Jalowiec, West Bend, and Chris (Christine) Stasinopoulos, Milwaukee; eight grandchildren, Traci (Steve) Blockel, Kristin (Bobby) Castellano, Daniel (Mary) Luebke, Carrie (Dennis) Bubenik, Jason (Tracy) Stasinopoulos, Joshua (Julie) Jalowiec, Jacob (Kelly) and Jonah Stasinopoulos; nine great-grandchildren, Michaela and Emma Bubenik, Josiah, Emily, and Samuel Jalowiec, Selah and Joshua Castellano, Alyssa Blockel and Averyl Luebke; aunts, nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends.

Preceding her in death were her parents, Joseph and Lorianda Schultz, a daughter, Cheryl Ann, two brothers Howard and Donald Shultz; one sister, Lois; and Andrew Stasinopoulos.

Alstadt/Tyborsik Funeral Home, Milwaukee, assisted the family with arrangements.

**I note that in the posted obit for Lois Zimmerman-Linder, Lois is listed as Caroline's sister. Hence we learn that ...

Lois Irene Schultz was born on Oct. 10, 1930, in the town of Beaver, to Joseph and Lorinda (nee Scheer) Schultz.

So Caroline Kaltenbach was the dau. of Joseph and Lorinda (nee Scheer) Schultz, and she was probably born in Beaver Township, Clark Co., Wis.

(The following corrections are noted by a relative, Christine Stasinopoulos (stas04@att.net )

I was on the internet and was very surprised that my mother in law's death announcement was on there.  I was trying to inform you to two errors that you have recorded.

Under her grandchildren, Joshua Stasinopoulos should

Also there is an error in the spelling of Caroline's maiden name.

You have it listed as Schultz which is correct and again as Shultz.

Please correct.
