Rathbone, Will P. (3 FEB 1821)
Will Percy Rathbone was born at Casnovia, Madison Co., N.Y., Feb. 3, 1821 and came to Crawford Co., Wis. in 1853. In 1882 he came here (Humbird, Clark County, Wis.). He has been married three times, his present wife being Francis Jackett, whom he married Sept. 19, 1899. He has had eight children. Our reawakening is due to the creamery, cheese factory and potato warehouse, thus furnishing a market for the farmer's produce. The future from present outlook is that Humbird will increase and be a prosperous town, but needs a factory of some kind. We should have credit for good schools and good churches. Humbird is a nice quiet little town and no place will compare favorably with it in the last few years. The morals are as good as average.
