Harris, Anna (29 JUL 1873 - 15 Jul 1915)

Mrs. John Harris, who died July 15, 1915, after an illness of about two years, was buried Saturday morning from St. Joseph's Catholic Church at Fairview, and the remains were interred in the family lot in the cemetery at the church.

Mrs. Harris, whose maiden name was Miss Anna Lauer, was born in Humbird, Clark County, Wis. on July 29, 1873, where she grew to womanhood. On April 2, 1913, she was united in marriage with Mr. John Harris. Last October she went to Milwaukee for medical treatment, and there died.

She leaves to mourn their loss a husband, eight step-children, namely, Mrs. Katherine Reider, Mrs. Mayme Garber, John, Barbara, Henry, Edwin, Paul and Nick. Besides the bereaved family, she leaves her mother, two sisters, and one brother. The bereaved ones have the sympathy of the entire community in this time of affliction.
